  • Annual throughput: 250,000 lbs of finished, lot-traced dried chile per year
  • Cure method: single-pass slow dehydration, no co-packers, no flash-drying

Grower base

120+ direct contracts with farmers and vendors across Mexico. We don't buy on the open market. Every pound is traceable to a contracted grower, harvest window, and lot at our Zacatecas plant.
