Food Safety
HACCP protocols in place. FDA Food Facility registered. Lot-traced from the field in Zacatecas to the BOL leaving Dallas.
FDA registration
AgroMex Direct's Dallas warehouse is registered as a Food Facility with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.
FDA Food Facility Registration #: 11915528784
HACCP program
We operate under a documented HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) framework covering intake, dehydration, packaging, and shipment. Critical control points are monitored at the plant in Zacatecas and at the Dallas warehouse. Documentation available to qualified buyers under MNDA.
Lot traceability
Every pallet leaves Dallas with a printed lot label. Lot # appears on the BOL, the COA, and the customer invoice. From any lot #, we can trace back within four hours to: the contracted grower, the harvest window, the dehydration cycle, and the packing operator.
